SHIPPING POLICY

Braztique encourages customers to read our shipping policy before making a purchase. Orders of $150.00 or greater will receive free shipping. Any orders under $150.00 will be charged a flat rate of $15.00. In some circumstances with remote locations, additional shipping charges may apply after the time of purchase, when your order is being fulfilled.

Shipping & Delivery time:
Delivery will be approximately 2-10 business days on average dependent on recipient location. Courier's delivery times can be delayed due to high volume orders, holidays, weather etc. and unfortunately are out of our control. Our boxes are shipped in perfect condition however due to third party handling may be damaged upon arrival.

 

*Note: at this time couriers are experiencing shipping delays. We will continue shipping boxes in a timely manner however know that typical shipment delivery times may be affected. Many facilities are also quarantining incoming packages at this time which may also delay your shipment.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Braztique will accept bra’s for return or exchange provided the garment is unworn/unwashed with original receipt for proof of purchase within the time period allowed (7 days if you purchased in store and 14 days if we shipped your order to you). If you are unable to get your items back to us within that period, please contact us to make other arrangements. 

Additionally, some items will not be accepted for return or exchange due to the intimate nature of some items such as panties, lingerie, hosiery and swim wear, these purchases will be final sale.  Reduced merchandise is final sale.  

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, please note that rates for shipping may vary by location. We recommend checking with local carriers regarding return shipping options. Upon receiving your return item(s) (unworn/unwashed with original receipt and tags attached when applicable) Braztique will complete the return transaction as soon as possible. Please note that the original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, or have any other questions regarding our return and exchange policies please contact admin@braztique.com.
